User Service Agreement

Welcome to BlogGPT (hereinafter referred to as "the Software")! Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using the Software. By using the Software, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Confirmation

   This software is an Artificial Intelligence blog post generation software designed to provide convenient copywriting generation for blog writing users around the world. Before using this software, please make sure you have a stable internet connection and fully understand and accept all the terms and conditions in this statement.

2. User Licenses

   The Software grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your own device. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the Software in any way.

3. Data usage

   The Software will use artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze and generate blog post content. By using the Software, you understand and agree that we may collect and process personal data to provide more accurate blog generation features. We are committed to protecting your personal information by strictly adhering to the relevant privacy policies.

4. Use at your own risk

   You assume all risks associated with the use of this software. The blog generation features provided by this software are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for your own understanding and judgment of the content of your blog. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies that may occur during the use of this software.

5. Intellectual property rights

   All rights and intellectual property rights relating to the Software belong to us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify or transmit the content and technology of the Software in any way without authorization.

6. Statement denying or limiting responsibility

   Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to the suitability, reliability, accuracy or availability of the Software. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or liabilities arising out of the use of this software.

7. Service Subscription

   If you purchase certain features and functionality of the Services for a limited time ("Subscription"), the cost of such Subscription will be charged at the beginning of the Subscription and periodically based on the choices you make at the time of the Subscription. We reserve the right to change billing times and Subscription pricing. If the Subscription pricing changes, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to update it for you. Any such changes shall be effective immediately. If you do not agree to such changes, you may cancel your subscription as provided. You agree that we have the right to immediately invoice your account for all fees payable to the Software under this Agreement without additional invoicing.

8. Auto-renewal

   If you purchase a Subscription, your Subscription will continue indefinitely until terminated in accordance with this Agreement. After your initial subscription period, and after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically begin on the first day after the end of that period (each a "Renewal Start Date") and continue for an additional equal period. You agree that your subscription is subject to this auto-renewal feature unless you cancel your subscription as provided. If you choose to purchase a subscription from the Software, by subscribing, you authorize the Software to charge your payment provider and again at the beginning of any subsequent subscription period. If payment is not received from your payment provider, you agree that the Software may terminate or suspend your subscription and continue to attempt to bill your payment provider until payment is received (upon receipt of payment, your account will be activated and, for auto-renewal purposes, your new subscription commitment period will begin on the date payment is received).

9. Unsubscribe

   If you purchased your subscription directly from the Software, you may cancel your subscription at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal start date by logging in and going to the Change/Cancel Membership page on the Account Settings page. If you cancel your Subscription, you may use your Subscription until the end of your then-current Subscription term; your Subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the Service Subscription Fee paid for the then-current Subscription period.

10. Refund policy

    No refunds will be issued for any products or services purchased through the Software in the course of your use of the Software, and we are not obligated to provide refunds or any credits for partially used subscriptions.

11. Termination of services

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time with or without prior notice. We may immediately terminate your license to use the Software if you violate any of the terms of this Service Statement.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution

    This Service Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction of your location. In the event of any dispute or controversy, you agree to submit it to the appropriate courts for resolution.
